(2) Direct irradiation method: Ultraviolet lamp suspension or mobile direct irradiation can be adopted under indoor unmanned conditions. When indoor suspension ultraviolet disinfection is used, the number of indoor ultraviolet disinfection lamps (30W ultraviolet lamp, intensity at 1.0m > 70 uW/cm2) is not less than 1.5W per cubic meter and the irradiation time is not less than 30 minutes.
 
 
Ultraviolet radiation kills bacteria by light wave radiation, and light wave propagates in a straight line. Its irradiation intensity is inversely proportional to the square of distance. Only when the irradiation location reaches the irradiation standard, can the bactericidal effect be achieved. And the bactericidal ability of all ultraviolet rays decreases with the increase of time. The main problems of ultraviolet sterilization are as follows: its penetration ability is small, and its disinfection effect is not good in places where ultraviolet rays cannot be irradiated; its disinfection ability decreases with the increase of using time, and the lamp life is short, the replacement is too frequent, and the operation cost is high.
