UV curing is the process by which a substance changes from a low molecule to a polymer.UV curing generally refers to the need to use UV curing coating (paint), ink, adhesive (glue) or other sealing sealant curing conditions or requirements, which is different from the temperature curing, adhesive (curing agent) curing, natural curing, etc.

UV curing: here "UV" is the abbreviation of ultraviolet, curing refers to the process of material from low molecular to polymer.UV curing generally refers to the need to use UV curing coating (paint), ink, adhesive (glue) or other sealing sealant curing conditions or requirements, which is different from the temperature curing, adhesive (curing agent) curing, natural curing, etc.

The physical properties of UV curing materials are essentially affected by the drying system used to cure them.The desired performance, whether protective, ink, or adhesive, will depend on the parameters, design, and control of these tubes.

UV lamp four key parameters are: 1.UV radiation (or density) 2. Spectral distribution (wavelength) 3. Radiation (or UV energy) 4. Infrared radiation.Relative to the maximum radiation or radiation, and different UV spectrum, ink and protective adhesive will show very different characteristics.The ability to identify different UV lamp properties and match them to the optical properties of curable materials extends the range of UV curing as a rapid and efficient manufacturing process.

Main application fields of UV curing: Wood coatings -- wood primers and surface varnishes as well as color paints: fillers (to fill gaps in the interior and surface of the board);Water-based furniture coating.

Plastic coatings - film coatings and hard coatings: metallized plastic low material coatings for automotive parts, instruments, optical discs, credit CARDS, window coatings and automotive headlights and light emitting components.

Paper coating - surface finish on decorative paper, labels, CARDS, and paper, etc., metallized paper substrate coating. Floor coating - vinyl base felt, vinyl silicon, parquet floors.

Metallic coatings - food cans, car and appliance decorations, traffic tunnel wallboards.

Silicon adit coating (paper/film) - film lining, labels, castings. Electronic coatings - conformal coatings, packaging compounds, photoresist, soft (hard) disks, optical disks, video tape, magnetic tape, optical fiber.

Ink -- plate printing (cardboard boxes, flexible packaging, magazines, publications), screen printing (plastic labels, plastic bottles, foil, paper and cardboard packaging) and printing.

Adhesives -- laminated materials (paper or film/wood, film, paper, foil, etc.), common adhesives (automotive parts, optical devices), and pressure-sensitive adhesives (labels, contact paper/film, etc.).

Crosslinking -- thermal shrinkable film, electrical insulating material.
