According to the latest report, China's UV-cured coatings will account for 50% of the world's total output in 2010. I believe that with the continuous improvement of science and technology, China's UV curing technology will be more mature and the market will be more and more perfect. The application of this kind of product will be another breakthrough in our coatings industry.

In terms of ink, although this technology has been applied since the 1970s, the use of UV-curable inks still has some limitations, mainly because the price is different from traditional inks (UV-curable ink 100-200 yuan / Kilograms, newspaper printing ink 10 yuan / kg). Therefore, it can only be used in high value-added production areas or in high-efficiency applications, and is currently focused on research and supply of products in these fields, such as inkjet toners (annual growth rate of 50%); flexographic printing inks (years) Growth rate of 18%); high-end packaging printing; fiber coloring agent (annual growth rate of 24%); solder resist (annual growth rate of 10%).
The latest data shows that countries such as Europe and the United States have passed legislation to limit the use of traditional coatings with high VOC emissions, and gradually replace the traditional coatings with environmentally friendly new materials such as UV coatings. In the United States, Germany, Italy and other developed countries, the output of UV coatings accounts for about 10% of the total production of paint, and is increasing at a rate of 15% per year. According to the German Hess company, by 2010, the global production of UV-cured coatings will reach more than 50% of the total output of the entire coatings industry, and UV coatings will maintain the upper hand in 30 years of environmentally friendly new materials. The market space is extremely huge.
Light curing is a fast-growing "green" new technology. Since the 1970s, radiation curing technology has become more and more popular in developed countries. Compared with the traditional coating curing technology, radiation curing has the advantages of energy saving, no pollution, high efficiency, combined with heat sensitive substrate, excellent function and small equipment.
