Composite films formed by two or more layers must be as inseparable as a single film.This involves not only the adhesive between two thin films, but also the ink film.Adhesives are synthetic products most adhesives are two-component polyurethane (PU) adhesives.The adhesives on the substrate surface are primarily a physical process and only a small fraction are chemical processes in which the components of the adhesives are drilled together with the components of the plastic film and further solidified.

In drilling agents, solvent-based adhesives and UV adhesives such as solventless drilling agents are different.Solvent-based drilling agents require a drying path to allow lotions to evaporate.When using a UV adhesive, UV light passes through the film to the adhesive to hold the adhesive together.

At present, composite film preparation technology is also used in the preparation of some inorganic nonmetallic films, which has achieved the improvement of photoelectric comprehensive performance.
